This applies regardless of project completion status, timeline delays, or client responsiveness.

 

 

2. Individual Contracts

 

Each client engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, which outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms. In the event of a conflict between this refund policy and a signed client contract, the terms of the contract shall prevail.

 

 

3. Exceptional Cases

 

In rare and exceptional cases, Hardyboy reserves the right to issue a partial refund or service credit at our sole discretion. Such exceptions, if any, will be clearly documented in writing and approved by both parties.

 

 

4. Chargebacks

 

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting Hardyboy to resolve an issue is a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to challenge any chargebacks and provide proof of service delivery.
